  1. A nightmare is a bad dream or haunting fear. Hafeez Contractor have nightmares about appearing in Maths exam, where he didn’t know anything.
  2. Hafeez looked at a client's face, his clothes and the way he talked and pronounced, the way he ate and he knew what his taste would be like.
  3. Hafeez Contractor wanted to learn French from his cousin. The cousin’s husband was an architect. So, Hafeez Contractor had to go to the architect’s office to learn French.
  4. Hafeez Contractor had no time for such feelings. He was just interested in playing and nothing else. He was most interested in funny pranks. So, he did not feel insecure or threatened until he approached his 11th class.

Once, it began to rain outside while he was in class, his mind just drifted to think about ways to build a dam in order to block the flowing water. He would also have questions like how much water  the dam would be able to hold and so on. To save his friends too, he would use his skill. Once he cut buttons from a chalk with the help of a blade so that the teachers would not notice a missing button. These instances show that Hafeez was a man with a brilliant mind and had the capability to do many things with ease.
